In June 2024, Taiwan marked its first participation in a collaborative corporate learning exchange with #Thunderbird, a renowned American business school. Thunderbird School of Global Management, part of Arizona State University#(美國亞利桑納州立大學 )specializes in international business management and ranks 35th in the U.S. MBA standings. This program lasts for seven weeks, including three weeks of hands-on internships and four weeks of preparatory activities.
During this event #Globalnet took on the role of promoting corporate social responsibility (CSR) by integrating the concept of sustainable development into its operational philosophy and actively promoting it within Taiwan. We guided students on visits to major companies, including TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company), Delta Electronics, and Acer, and engaged them in the annual Computex Taipei event, helping them understand why Taiwan is considered a global leader in smart technology.
We extend our gratitude to the school and the five students for their dedication to this corporate learning initiative. Whether through pre-departure meetings, active participation during the internships, or post-event presentations, their professionalism and enthusiasm for learning left a lasting impression. Congratulations to the students for achieving recognition in the internal presentations!
We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to our key corporate partners—, #Delta Electronics, and #acer—for providing in-depth insights into their corporate cultures and technological applications. This experience has allowed students to appreciate the spirit of Taiwanese enterprises and sow the seeds of future success, showcasing Taiwan's resilience and innovation.
