GlobalNet Electronics had the honor of leading the Thunderbird School of Global Management’s graduate consulting team on a visit to the TSMC Innovation Museum, where they experienced firsthand the innovative spirit and corporate culture of the world’s leading semiconductor company. TSMC arranged a dedicated guided tour, with multilingual explanations throughout the exhibition, showcasing its development journey and the far-reaching vision of founder Dr. Morris Chang. Following the tour, the Thunderbird students engaged in an insightful discussion with TSMC’s professional HR team, focusing on global talent recruitment and long-term strategic planning. The students actively asked questions and enthusiastically interacted with the TSMC team, reflecting their strong interest in and admiration for TSMC’s corporate culture.
TSMC’s commitment to innovation is not only reflected in its cutting-edge technology but also in its emphasis on nurturing talent. Great talent is rare, and TSMC continuously attracts and develops exceptional individuals from around the world—demonstrating its unwavering determination to build a world-class semiconductor team. This experience inspired us to reflect on how enterprises can generate far-reaching impact, foster collaboration, and fulfill a meaningful mission.
We sincerely thank Lora Ho, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at TSMC, for her generous support, and the HR team for their warm hospitality and valuable insights. This visit concluded with deep appreciation and lasting inspiration.
